What's New for 2023?

Getting into the new tech, features, and capabilities of the 2023 Ram 1500 - what’s new? The new Limited Elite Edition has some added features. The RED edition will also be available with several red highlights all around the car. The Rebel trim will now include Selec-Speed Control as a standard option. The Selec-Speed Control will also be a standard part of the Back Country and Off-Road Group Package.

Engine Specifications and Fuel Economy

The base engine is a 3.6L V6 Pentastar engine with 305 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque. The car also has a 3.0L V6 EcoDiesel engine with 260 hp and 480 lb-ft of torque. Another available engine is a 5.7L V8 eTorque HEMI with a mild-hybrid system and a variable valve timing (VVT) transmission that delivers 395 hp and 410 lb-ft of torque. The top-of-the-line engine, a 6.2L V8 HEMI with 702 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque.

Infotainment System and Technology

For the 2023 model, the Ram 1500 will include the Uconnect 5 system with a 30.48cm touchscreen allowing you to control several features. Apps like Alexa in-vehicle assistant, two Bluetooth phones connected simultaneously, tow-specific navigation options, dynamic range mapping, and connect drive profiles.

Features
